This notice explains how Open Offer USA LLC collects and uses information when you visit our website, request a property review, communicate with us, or consider a transaction.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, property addresses, property characteristics, photos, documents you choose to provide, communication records, website activity, and information needed to evaluate or complete a potential real estate transaction.

How we use information

We use information to respond to you, evaluate a property, prepare and explain a response, verify facts, manage a potential transaction, improve our services, protect our systems, and comply with applicable law.

Address matching and saved drafts

We may compare a property address with US Census Bureau public address records to standardize the location and reduce errors. This match does not verify ownership, title, postal deliverability, or property condition. While you complete the Home Condition Profile, a draft may be saved in your browser on that device so you can continue later.

Incomplete profile follow-up

After you complete the contact step and affirmatively agree to be contacted, we may securely save the property address and contact details you entered even if you do not finish the remaining profile. We use this partial profile only to follow up about your property and offer request. A partial profile does not start the 24-hour response clock.

How information may be shared

We do not sell your contact information. We may share only the information reasonably needed with service providers that host the website, store private submissions, deliver requested email, or support a potential transaction. Transaction participants may include title and closing professionals, inspectors, contractors, financing sources, professional advisers, or a permitted buyer. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Photos and property information

Property photos help us assess condition and offer confidence. Do not upload identification documents, financial account numbers, images of people, or other sensitive material unless we specifically request it through a secure process.

Phone calls and email

If you request a response, we may contact you by a live phone call or email about the property and offer request you submitted. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time. We do not use prerecorded or AI-generated voice calls through this program.

Optional property-request text messages

If you separately check the optional text-message box, Open Offer USA LLC may send recurring messages to the number you provide about that property and offer request. Messages may include appointment scheduling, requested updates, and direct follow-up, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies, generally up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messages is not a condition of submitting a profile or receiving an offer response.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, mobile opt-in information, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to service providers that help deliver and administer the messaging program, subject to contractual limits, or when required by law. Text-message consent applies only to Open Offer USA LLC and is not transferred to another buyer, affiliate, or marketing partner.

We honor reasonable requests to revoke communications consent. A STOP request applies immediately in our operating system. You may also revoke consent by emailing Info@OpenOfferUSA.com or calling (512) 522-6219.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Consent receipts and suppression records may be retained to document and honor communication choices. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Website measurement

We may use privacy-focused website measurement to understand page visits and completed steps. We do not place property addresses, names, phone numbers, email addresses, or photo contents in analytics events.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain information, subject to legal and transaction recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications.
